Part of my current strategy is daily consumption of my new found "sun replacer": ginger tea boiled over a flame and sipped from a yellow mug, and trying out the whole vitamin D supplement thing. I'm also really trying to solidify my daily yoga practice, delve deeper into Reiki, and give myself a foot message every night before bed!
So, today I want to talk about something that is on my mind a lot these days: how can we as a community help each other and ourselves grow?
I am a big "maker-of-theories". My brain is always trying to boil some massive and chaotic symphony of thought into a little, easy to remember melody line, something that can imply and structure the whole. It's like seeking a sort of center to a mandala of thought.
So here is my most recent ditty:
The way I see it, everything we need in order to grow healthy and strong can be sorted into three categories: Support (soil/food), Appreciation (air/water), and Inspiration (the sun).
